Athens, Greece
Oh Greece, how beautiful art thou. My first day in Greece I had a field lab, which for those of you don’t know is basically going out into the field to “do” with my class rather than just learn on the board and power point slides. This one was for my Med. Art and Myth class. My professor is seriously so talented at what she does, She makes it interesting for all of us. She has actually lived in Athens, Greece previously for many years excavating there around the Acropolis. So for our field lab we went to the Acropolis, Parthenon, Agora, and then we ended eating a delicious Greek meal in the Plaka. It really amazes me that everything is so well preserved.
